Where is that suitcase?

While looking for something warm to wear (like a winter coat) we discovered that a rather large black suit case appeared to be missing. What was in this suicase? Well all those nice winter coats, boots, hats, mittens etc newly purchased over Christmas break in Montana. Where could that suit case be...? After looking at the airline ticket stubs and counting what luggage we did have, it was discovered that the suitcase was left at our hotel in LA. What to do now. Call the airline, blame it on our driver in hoped that Virgin will put it on the next flight to London. It couldn't have been the fact that we had 3 kids and 10 pieces of luggage to keep track of-you can only count what you see, not what was left in the room. Guess what? You can't put a suitcase on a plane without a passenger. Next idea...ship it here for a mere $500. Next...call Renee. Next...call a co-worker who is traveling this way within the week and pay a courier to deliver it to her house. Voila! Hey at least we didn't forget a kid.

We're Here

Well-after nine or so hours of flying with 3 kids, we have arrived. The flight was uneventful but the drive to our house was not. Kaitlyn was introduced to round-abouts...the driver had to pull over so that she could loose her fruit shake on the side of the motorway. Guess it is time to invest in motion sickness bracelets and dramamine.
